Rental Information

Our planes are available for rent for solo/non-instructional flights as long as the renter is enrolled as a student and capable of demonstrating proficiency and working knowledge to safely operate the aircraft through a Check-Out flight. A Check-Out includes 5 hours of flight time in aircraft desired for rental with a Platinum Aviation Instructor (10 hours if pilot has less than 100 hours PIC time, or less than 50 hours in Category and Class within the previous 12 months), and a cross-country flight to another airport with a Platinum Aviation Instructor. Additionally, a short Check-Out flight is required whenever a renter has not flown a previously authorized aircraft make/model with PA within 30 days.
